error in playback & enabled for device

NEED HELP just got the Movie Studio 15 about 3days ago was working fine but now it shows

***An error Occurred while starting playback the request is not enabled for this device***

can anyone help me with this.

Another app may be holding open your currently selected audio device. Find out what is running and exit it..or.. try using a different 'audio device' setting. 'Sound Mapper' or 'Classic Wave Driver' for instance.
