I have a BRAND NEW computer, just out of the box (Acer Aspire 5 - Rayzen 7 4700u processer, 8GB. and I get this error message when I try and download my Sony Vegas Pro 15 that I purchased over a year go and had been using on my old computer. Troubleshooting tells me to uninstall things on my computer but I am scared to since it is a brand new computer so I do not know why it just would not download the program. Please help.
