This is regarding Vegas Movie Studio version 17.0 Platinum. While editing a video, suddenly the program turned white and informed me it needs to close. I have no choice but to comply, since that's the only option. I opened it again and it stated "The program ended unexpectedly" then specifically asked me "Would you like to restore the auto saved project?" I clicked Yes. But when it opened, the program looked almost completely different, reformatted in such a way that I have no idea how to get it back to how it was. I was saving my work every minute or so. I have uninstalled and re-installed to find the same thing. The video and tracks are no longer visible all in relation to each other, but now appear as separated, giant blocks rather than the tracks. The added text for intro credits have to be seen in a separate window. I'm afraid of accidentally changing or deleting something or even inadvertently altering the specific order I have with the files. Any idea what happened and how to see it all as I did before the error message? Computer specs: HP Laptop ACPI x64-based PC, realtek audio, AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx.
Error message closes program, then reformats all unrecognizably
