Hello!

So I have this error that prevent me to make a video with Movie studio 14.0.. It's happening when I slide a video inside the software.

I'm using the movie studio in French so i'll try to translate the best I can. It says:

" Error occured while creating a proxy file. The reason for the error could not be determined"

What I've tried:

- Restart a new project

- delet the .sfk and .sfap0 files and start a new project again

- Re upload the video sequences from my phone again. + new project

- reinstall Movie Studio + new project

- reinstall windows...

The weird thing is that it's not happenning with the same sequence of the video each time, but around the same place in the timeline...

I'm really running out of idea and stuck with this problem for weeks.
