Error when importing video

I have a video I made on my Samsung S20 Ultra. I recorded it in 8k. I've uploaded it to my PC and it will play back. When I try to import it into Vegas Movie Studio 14 it gives me an error saying "an error occurred while opening one or more files. the file is most likely corrupted or if an unknown format". I've lowered the resolution on it on my phone but still the same error. Can anyone show me how in the world I can fix this? 😭😭😭

Yea I'm now seeing that but the I made the resolution lower from my phone and then transfered it again still didn't work

gave you the correct link to use for posting your file properties. When you actually PROVIDE that information, we may find that your footage is variable frame rate, but how would we possibly know without it?
