EXTREMELY aggravating "magical" bug

Hi,

Just noticed this in the last 1-2 weeks, it's some kind of wierd "magical" bug that seems to have popped up. I am using Movie Studio Platinum 14.0, and if I drag/drop a clip into a brand new timeline - for some strange reason - the first 30 frames of the video clip are now all identical.

It freezes the first second, and there isn't anything I can do about it.

ANY clue why, because this is extremely frustrating and royally *************** me off. Thank-you.

You’d have a better chance of getting a reply in the Movie Studio forum. Since this is the Vegas Pro forum, most of us are not likely to also be using Movie Studio.

You may have loaded a transport stream, making section C most important.

what is a 'transport' stream? and how do I 'undo' it? it also seems to happen when i import a 4k clip.

I need to see those complete file properties first as per the instructions in the link provided. "Magical" is not a description.

I will not play guessing games because this is not social media.
