Facecam video disappears but audio remains after render in studio 13

I've been using movie studio for about 2 years and have never had this problem when I render the video the facecam footage completely disappears from the video. No black screen, the facecam footage was captured on a Nikon v1 and the footage when imported plays super choppy. I've never had a problem rendering it though. Anyone have any clue what's up?

Where are you viewing the rendered file?
What are your rendersettings? >>>> screenshot.
Which program (version) are you using?
Which projectsettings?
What are the properties of your footage (MediaInfo)

I Am viewing the file in VLC after Rendering it. But when the rendering screen is on the facecam isn't visible within the application itself (Sometimes before the render always after the render)

Render settings:

Program version:

Project settings: I also ran it through a render based on the project settings of the disappearing facecam footage to no effect. It still disappeared.

Footage Properties:

Hope this helps.

Sorry, have have no experience with .mov files except you need the last version of Quicktime for being able to use those files in the older Vegas programs.
Hoping someone else can help you.

Turn off all gpu acceleration in Vegas and see if that changes anything.

GPU acceleration is already off. I tried that right away.
