Where this MP4 files coming from? How these files made? Screen recording? Camera?

I had just downloaded them (youtube converter), downloaded straight to my desktop for easy use. I have done that many times before so I don't know why it is different now.

Try 4k Video Downloader instead. YouTube changes things as often as possible.

I actually torrented them, not used a youtube downloader. I have never used torrents before and every video I had downloaded from a youtube converter would work so i'm slightly confused
