Flickering image

I am trying to think of a way where I can can get this image to appear as if its flickering/scrolling as in old stock footage, in Vegas post19 to add to the start of a project I am working on. but sadly I cannot think on how to achieve it. Can anybody please suggest a way I can achieve this please? Cheers John

Vegas has an effect called FILM EFFECTS. Have you tried that?

@pioneer109 Hi, in Video FX there's Flicker Control that has an option 'Add 50Hz Flicker', there's also TV Simulator
