Yes, post your MediaInfo properties. There are as many flavors if AVI as there are jelly beans in a five gallon jar.

I think Vegas Pro and Movie Studio never supported M-JPEG AVI, so you would need to transcode such footage before import.

The trial version of Mainconcept M-Jpeg codec should open it, if it's still available. Otherwise Handbrake will work.

Please don't install a codec "pack" on your Vegas machine.
