HELP!!! User Interface Error

Help PLEASEEE i dont know what happen....

it was normal before, everyhings fine almost a year....

but then yesterdat my friends using my computer and this happen....

my friends said he didnt change anything

the switch tab button become White line.....

and i cant create new File.... or click the setting video.... the dialogue box is forced-closed..........

also the Preference dialogue box... half of the setting tab Missing

i cant even access the general setting

 

help please i had no idea what happen.... i've tried REINSTALLING, run in default mode...clear chache.... temporary file.....

but nothing happen

Able to do OS system restore ? That's the only thing I can think about.

 

Even though your friends said didn't change anything..., something may have done that can become like this...

@vickyr - Nasty!

1 - Completely UNINSTALL VP19 from your PC.

2 - Reboot PC.

3 - Reboot PC again.

4 - Re-Download a FRESH VP19 from your MAGIX.COM account.

5 - Install VP19 and note which Build it is and WHO it’s licensed to.

6 - Go through the Activation SN procedure and open.

What do you get?

@vickyr - How much FREE unused memory is available to Launching VP19? If VP I having issues redrawing the GUI could be you need to do some housekeeping 😉!

Before reinstalling, at least try a reset of Vegas.

@vickyr: What build number of VEGAS Pro 19 are you using?
