High config, but software is crashing every 3/10 minutes (HD)

Hi there

I'm becoming crazy

Here is my config :

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Windows 10 Pro
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-26000K CPU @ 3.40GHz
RAM 32Go
SAMSUNG SSD 860 EVO 1To for my vids
Kingston SSD Now v300 240 Go 2,5" for my programs

Software/ Licence I have :

VEGAS Pro (VEGAS Pro 365) // Vegas Pro 16

Even if I'm working on a very simple video editing, it's always crashing. (it's not 4k, only 1080p) Between every 3/10 min I have a white screen crash

can we have someone from technical service online?? or do you guys ave any ideas ?

Honestly, i used to work with a cracked version of the software before I buy it. And it was working really much better!!

(and of couse the cracked version is desinstalled)

Thanks if i can get any help ...

Yes, "white screen crash" is almost a dead giveaway for a known issue.

1. Update your graphics driver to the latest official version.

2. If that doesn't help, disable "GPU Acceleration of Video Processing" in Preferences. Your renders will not be affected.

That should do the trick.

See if you can re-enable GPU acceleration, as it will speed up your timeline playback performance with it on, at least when there are effects applied to your videos.

Systems:

Desktop

AMD Ryzen 7 1800x 8 core 16 thread at stock speed

64GB 3000mhz DDR4

Geforce RTX 3090

Windows 10

Laptop:

ASUS Zenbook Pro Duo 32GB (9980HK CPU, RTX 2060 GPU, dual 4K touch screens, main one OLED HDR)
