To the extent that your headworn device supports one of Vegas' 3D video file formats, yes.

As far as ever supporting direct CGI, I don't think it's planned, as that has little to do with video encoding.

^There's also 3D VR 360 degree video, it would be nice if you could wear a HMD when editing 360 video so you can see it as they will.
