How assign sources for recording?

I'm using Movie Studio Plat 11. I'm trying to set up at least 2 tracks so I can record audio while a video plays. I've gone in preferences and selected my Focusrite Interface. I don't see how to assign one track to mic 1 and the next track to mic. 2. Thanks

You cannot assign two sources to a single track, whether mono or stereo.

Create two mono audio tracks. Seems simple.
