how do i create the effect that when someone smiles, a glow on teeth

hi guys,

I want to make a video and at a certain point someone smiles and I want there to be a glow on one teeth like you see in tooth commercials..But I dont know how to do it and im unable to find it on youtube. Could you guys perhaps help what type of search words or where i can find a tutorial about this?
