How to unlink tracks

I hit the wrong shortcut keys and accidentally linked all my tracks (video, audio, etc). Now if I choose mute, it mutes all the tracks instead of just 1 track. How can I unlink the tracks?

Select the tracks you wish to Ungroup.

Use the Ungroup command or Ctrl+U.
