I can't add MP4 file in Vegaspro 17 (Build452)

When I click the MP4 file on tab explorer to add in project. The program always stop. I reinstall the program many times but it's also not work. It's just happen this day and I can't work on it. How can I fix it?

No idea if that is possible, did the same Mp4 worked before today?
In that case reïnstalling has no sense but you have to do a total reset of the program exactly following this instruction: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/
If other MP4 files worked before and this one refuses, publish here the MediaInfo of this particular MP4 following this instruction: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-to-post-mediainfo-and-vegas-pro-file-properties--104561/

The MP4 are working before and they are running normally out of Vegas. I can't click all mp4 files in Vegas, the program is always stop.
I try to set to default the program but It's still the same problem.

When I click mp4 file in Vegas, It always stop. So I can't touch it.

For the use of the MediaInfo you have to rightclick on that files in Windows (Explorer) not in the Vegas program.

That file might not give any problems in Vegas Pro 17.
Unless your hardware is missing needed specifications for this program, but you did not tell a thing about that hardware: processor, Windows version, graphic processor a.s.o.
