Unfortunately, without more information about your situation, the community cannot answer your question because it could be hundreds of things. However, with that said, the only problem I ever usually have with rendering is related to 1) Not having the Render Loop region only checked on the rendering page and having a clip I didn't realize was further down the timeline, or 2) Not drawing the loop region correctly.

Hi thanks for your information but that 's not my problem. I reviewed everything YouTube toldos me . I renderize my vídeo again but It happened the same thing that has happened before . i drew the loop región correctly, I put in the configuration that only the loop región Will be tenderete . And at the moment i started rendering my vídeo And It happened the same as before that the aproximate rendering time passes very fast but the percentage does not move. I am very angry . ¿What can I do? I also want to clarify that my video has 3 clips in a quick camera and I do not know if that is what harms the rendering

Thanks you. I Hope a solution

Try simplifying & process of elimination. New project. Put ONE event on the timeline. Can you render it? Media type?

Hi thanks for your comment. I can render videos of five seconds very fast and also videos of fives minutes but much slower, more or less in 30 minutes. The video that i have to reender is 11 minutes and has 3 clips in fast camera ¿What is the solution? Is normal my problem? I have Vegas Pro 9.0

Thanks, I hope a solution

OK. So something works. Good.

Render speed: depends on many things. 30 minutes for a 5 minute timeline is not outrageous.

Not rendering timeline at all: this is not normal and indicates a problem with one of many things: project, media, etc.… which is why Musicvid asked you to post all your information. Keep in mind that Vegas Pro 9 is ANCIENT, so it is quite likely it won't process some modern media types.

You can continue to troubleshoot by yourself, by following the FAQ & trouble shooting guides and process of elimination as I mentioned before, but for forum members to help you, you will have to give us the information requested.

Keep in mind that Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 does not support GPU acceleration, that only started with Sony Vegas Pro 11. That means rendering time will very much depend on how fast your CPU is. Since Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 is CPU only rendering, your CPU will get hot and it is important that you have good cooling and a clean heatsink.

Hi, I have a question How is the process elimination?

It sounds like vegas does not like 1 or all 3 of your video clips. Maybe you could use handbrake or your video encoder of choice to re-encode your video clips & then use re-encoded clips in vegas. I have had to do that before.

Hi, I have a question How is the process elimination?

Just means testing ONE thing at a time to eliminate it as a possible cause, then move on to the next.

I agree with bob-h that it is likely one or more of the three clips. But that is just a guess.
