I have tried every fix possible to import MOV files but unable to.
1. Have tried the deprecated features but it doesnt activate.
2. have tried QT custom install. doesnt work.
3. Have tried putting QT into program files of Moviestudio, and it doesnt work.
4. tried downloading QT Alternative 322 pack and it doesnt work.
can someone please help me with some advance solutions.
What is your Vegas version and build number?
What are your .MOV file properties? Follow these directions exactly.
Have you enabled Quicktime in Preferences->Deprecated Features?

If you are using VMS Platinum 17 the QT plug-in got broken in build 204 and to my knowledge hasn't been fixed. Some mov files will open with other VMS codecs but with those that need QT you are sadly out of luck.
