Iphone 6s slow motion videos not working correctly in SV12

I'm a bit new to Sony Vegas but I've tried everything I found on the internet. I record a lot of slow motion videos and I need a way to edit and render them without losing quality.

I've tried "EaseFab" to convert them to MPEG-2/MP4 so I can import them to Sony (didn't accept the .MOV file), I set the velocity to 25% (as I read Iphone slow mo videos are recorded in 120fps and most devices work at 30fps) and I rendered them with the option "MainConcept AVC/AAC --> Inernet HD 720p" but the output looks sketchy, like if it was the correct velocity but with less FPS than it should be.

So I don't know if the problem is the conversion to MPEG-2/MP4 (maximum fps EaseFab seems to allow is 30fps though I've read that shouldn't be a problem) or my rendering settings... Please any help would be much appreciated!!

Convert with Handbrake and post back.

I expect a conversion with either EaseFab or Handbrake would involve re-encoding the file with some quality loss. Instead of that, you could try losslessly rewrapping the file to MP4 with ffmpeg.
