Is there a way to non destructively copy and paste FX attributes???

I'm trying to copy effects from one track to another using selecively paste attributes so it doesn't effect everything, which goes fine. BUT when I do this it ERASES all other effects on the track I'm pasting to.

Is there a way to add on and not erase the effects I've already put on a track?

Coincidently I realized I can just set up effects on the "track FX" so I don't have to do FX on each seperate cut of video, BUT is there a way to copy and paste effects to track FX as I don't see a way?

Not to directly append effect properties the way you want without a script (try Vegasaur) or nesting (search).

Lacking that, tracks are cheap, apply your local effects there, or the other way around. Try applying at the Media level as well.

just for my understanding, you want to ADD multiple effects to a clip/track which already has its own effects on it, right?

you can copy and paste effects from one event to another, just select "paste event attributes" to another event after copying one by right clicking on the event you want to paste them to. However, this functionality does not yet exist at the media, track, or project video fx level. If color grading, however, you can export a LUT that can be applied to higher fx levels.
