Im curently running issues with Vegas 19 / Build 341. (Ive just install it, fully). The software causes audio crashes on Windows media player + Cut microphone while on Discord.
This seems happening when Vegas starts and load something called "ASIO"
Im looking for more stability settings too, sadly there are still crashes even with a good PC setup (Ryzen 9 3900X / 32Go RAM)

ASIO is an audio driver. You have more than one app trying to use your ASIO driver at the same time, which is not possible. As for stability, start by using the GPU driver recommended in the driver update utility in VEGAS' help menu.

Im used to work with Vegas 16 & 17, before updating to 19, this doesnt happen (same PC), how to solve ?
Drivers are up to date, any more things to enable/disable ?
Options->Preferences->Audio Device.
There are the sound drivers, choose until you find the one that works.

Yes it is the same issue.
Uninstalled Sound Forge, this doesnt load ASIO / doesnt crash any Audio thing on my computer.

I installed Vegas Pro 19 for the first time today on a rebuilt computer. I cannot load veg files from prior versions (e.g. version 14) as the program hangs. In prior versions of Vegas I could load a previous version veg file with no issues. Any idea why this might be occurring or what I need to do to migrate older veg files to Version 19.
