it wont re-open after crashing

Hi, im lilly

Ive been using vegas movie studio for about 5 months now on my laptop then all of the suddden the application wont re-open after it crashes for some reason when ever it crashes for no apparent reason it wont load back up it will crash and bring up the option to notify magix and see the errer but it wont trully tell me the propblem, but if i restart my computer it works fine till it crashes for no reason and it repeaatss the process. What is going on with it can some one please help me?

Don't know why it crashes but if it happens see in the Windows Task Manager if there still is a Movie Studio background process running. If so, kill this and try restarting Movie Studio.

I have only 1 open i never have more and if it restart it it crashes after i close it it always works for a little till it crashes then it won't re open without crashing till i restart my pc.

A Movie Studio background process could keep on running even if only one instance of Movie Studio was used.

On my system, replace "could" with "does. "

And it can take a long time to close on its own.
