Locks up when trying Audio Event FX

Using Movie Studio Platinum 16.0 Build 109. Locks up when I try to use Audio Even Fx, or Apply non-Real Time event Effects. Useless for de-noising.

I hope someone can help you Michael as mine locks up every time I try and do anything at all. It is literally useless and I have to use my old version of vms12. Good luck. Cin

Hi @Michael-Derewianka what specific audio fx are you using that locks up your MSP16, so I can try it?

Try selecting ASIO or HD Audio drivers in. VEGAS preferences.

This issue seems to be resolved.

I am not having the same problem of the product locking up.
It seems to have been caused by either one of these two things, or both in combination:

1) When the NewBlue Titler or Effects prompted me to sign on when I started Movie Studio Platinum 16.0 build 109, I ignored it. (Note. This product is annoying. I paid for this, so why does it prompt me to login with my name and password once again?)

2) In Options --> Preferences --> VST Effects

I had enabled both a current and prior version of Acon Denoise at the same time.
