Unfortunately, there's no such of .veg.bak file. Anyway, thanks for the answer, but i think the file has completely gone...

I know... i was going to close the program and i pressed no on "do you want to save file?".

You might use the free Auto Save plugin that installs as part of Excalibur.

Actually Vegas has an autosave feature and it can be adjusted in the internal settings.
