Matching LUTs

I have 3 Panasonic cameras that shoot 4k video (Gx85, Gx8, G9). Both the Gx8 and G9 have Cinelike D profiles. The Gx85 does not. I think I have two ways to get the Gx85 (Shooting Natural profile) to match the Gx8 and G9. One is to use the color match in VegasPRO or I can actually create a LUT from a image with a full spectrum scene in either the Gx8 or G9 and take it into photoshop and make a LUT. Then I could always apply the LUT to the Gx85 as long as I stayed with the same profile (like Natural) in the Gx85. Is VagesPRO color match going to work as well as the LUT (I am going to do a test, but would like more experienced folks to join, am I beating a dead horse trying this?)

Using 16 current update.

Since LUTS are gamma-weighted, what seems to work with one scene may look entirely different on another.

Don't take that as discouragement though; show us your tests and conclusions so that we may learn from them.

Will do, thanks for the input.

I seem to remember seeing Cinelike D to Rec709 and Natural to Rec709 LUTs somewhere. Maybe "Leeming LUT?"

Also, I think Rubber Monkey software (Filmconvert) has something for camera matching, but I don't know if it would distinguish between gx85 natural and gx8 cinelike.

Here is a using custom settings to add Cinelike D and V to a Gx85.
