Motion Blur when uploaded to YouTube

After uploading video to YouTube, I get a out of focus horizontal band that occurs when there is a lot of motion. Video is of hiking so often there is some camera shake while I walk and shoot. It looks like there is a horizontal band of different widths (10 - 30% of frame height) in middle area that are not syncing with the rest of the frame especially during camera movement or shake. Overall frame loosing sharpness as well. I feel like there is something lost when YouTube converts. I upload AVCHD 1929 x 1080 60i. When I play the AVCHD file from a USB stick plugged into an HDTV I don't have the problem. Using Vegas MS 14. Video shot with Sony a6000 - @ 60i / 17M setting. Thanks for help. Mark

Upload files using the Internet render templates and see if the problem goes away.

Thank you!  I did use the internet templates but problem is still there.  After checking similar videos posted by others, I noticed they too have the problem. I've also noticed that the larger the display, the more apparent the blurring.  I don't think the problem is with Vegas.  I think YouTube's compression is the cause and is exaggerated when viewing on large displays.  Thank you very much for your reply!
