Convert your variable frame rate iPhone video to constant frame rate in Handbrake first.

@Musicvid - I converted MOV files to MP4 using cloudconvert, and then it worked. But this is a workaround, I was hoping not to do extra steps once I bought software.

Download the latest Movie Studio Platinum 16 trial. It "should" work.

I rarely have iPhone mov files to play with. The last time was with VMS14 or 15 Platinum and they imported okay.

@Boris-Shafir Do have a short mov file you could upload somewhere like Wikisend or Google Drive so we could download and try?
