Movie Studio Platinum Won't Install

Koalavick wrote on 2/13/2022, 10:27 PM

Hi thanks for the help

I had Movie Studio Platinum 17 purchased, licensed and installed and then it wouldn't open, so I uninstalled it. I found the original email I was sent to install the program but now it won't let me re-install it. I have my serial number and everything, but whenever I go to install, the whole process loads and finishes and then an error message pops up that says the following:

"ERROR: -2147163964 occured during installation

Module C:\Program Files\VEGAS\Movie Studio Platinum 17.0\x86\sfvstproxystubx86.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024703. Contact your support personnel."

Please help!
