@Rufus-Credle: If this solves your problem, please tag my comment as the solution. We are aware of some issues with the hardware decoding with Intel GPUs and are working on fixing them for the next update. For now the best thing to do, if updating the GPU driver does not help, is to simply turn off the hardware decoding.
