Have just purchased the for me , new Movie studio platinum suite, to use with a Sony X-70 shooting in 4k with MXF file extensions, when trying to import to the work flow , i get error saying, " the number of channels is not supported." so how do i get the files accross.... thanks steve
Not sure if Movie Studio supports MXF files at all.
Which version and which build of Movie Studio is it?
Version 15.0 build 146 the latest one as far as i can tell.

would have thought one of those would cover me.
Nope, MXF is not on that list. You might have downloaded the trial before plunking down $.
Also, MXF comes in several flavors, that are not cross compatible. Which is yours?
All good.....work around is to convert all the files to MP4 4k .....😃
