I am currently having the oddest issues when scrolling over the transitions in the menu or my media hub the icon or menu item vanishes and eventually becomes a infection that does it to all my menus but at the tool bar it doesn't happen.

I have a fersh load and still does this see attached for photo the icons disspear and go weird. I cant Figure it out it
