My rendered video is slow and choppy

Hi there,

I'm pretty new to video rendering, so I'm sorry if this is just a simple mistake. The final rendered video of a project I've been working on is slow and horribly choppy. The raw video file from my phone, runs smoothly on both my phone and my PC. It's just once I put it into Movie Studio 16 and render it, it comes out slow. I've uploaded both the render settings (I'm using the default MP4 option) and the choppy rendered video

Just to add, before this issue, videos were rendering absolutely smoothly with no problems. The problem seemed to start when one day I recorded in 60fps. I changed one of the settings in the program (can't remember which one) to 60fps and rendered the video. After it rendered succesfully I pressed the set default button and after that was when the problem started

If the video with those properties is playing slow and choppy, it will be a good idea to look at your system specs first, and then everything else.
