Need help finding right avi codec

Hello, after browsing many posts on here and other places I need help figuring out which codec I can download so that I may import my avi files into Vegas Pro 14. I downloaded Media Info as I read to so I could share with you all what my videos are.

AVI: 120 miB, 3 s 567 ms
1 video stream: YUV (Ut Video)
1 audio stream: PCM

I'm fairly new to all of this so I would also need to know once I download the codec should it just automatically work or do I have to change anything in Vegas Pro?

Thank you very much for any help. I would really rather avoid having to convert every video I want to edit.

You must install the UtVideo codec which can be found here. https://www.videohelp.com/software/Ut-Video-Codec-Suite

It's a really good lossless codec.

UT is a keeper. Whoever encoded your files probably knew what they were doing.
