No GPU acceleration option. Only "OFF"

So how do I turn on GPU acceleration? All I get is "OFF" but in all tutorials it says that there should be an option. Someone mentioned some sort of rerun tool for vegas but is there one? And where would I find it?

Vegas pro 14.0

Just intalled a new GPU that's why maybe it doesn't appear? Went from GTX 960 to 5600XT. How would I make it appear again?

Your available renderers are in a couple of dropdown lists, or worst-case you may need to overwrite the Vegas install. I really don't know how well 5660XT is supported in VP14, now several years old. Downloading the VP17 trial should answer a lot of your questions.
