Output file is double the length(MB/Minutes)of the work file

Hello, I have just rendered a video multiple times but for some reason, it is twice the size of what it says in Vegas Pro 15. I have checked the raw video files and both are slightly more than a minute. But the output file is double the file size and double the time length(6 minutes +). I have used the same settings before, workspace and render settings. What am I missing?

Program: Vegas Pro 15.

Win 10 64, Ryzen 5 1600X OC, 16Gb DDR4, AMD 570 4GB.

Files, Samsung Galaxy A7 recording + Screen Capture using OBS + Thumbnail images from PS CS6.

YT video upload.

GPU rendering off, Using AMD --> Use this setting to create an MP4 (AVC/AAC) file for progressive internet downloads using AMD's VCE.
Audio: 192 Kbps, 96.000 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, AAC
Video: 59,940 fps, 1920x1080 Progressive, YUV, 20 Mbps

That is not the information requested or required in order for anyone to be able to help you. This is a technical forum.

Click the link, provide all of the information in Section C for both source and output, and we'll call that a start...

Hello, thank you for your reply I think I covered all the info in the edit.

No you did not.
For searching why your output file is bigger than you ( and maybe Vegas) was expecting we have to know your projectsettings and your exactly rendertemplate (which codec used and other (maybe customized) settings).

The problem is in your source, not your output. 867 Kbps is ridiculously low for 4k capture. Try 20-25Mbps ABR. It will also look better. Your output is 17 Mbps 1080p, pretty large. Try 10-12 Mbps.

Your levels are clipped, but we can deal with that later.
