Please Suggest Me A Budget 4K Rendering PC

Hi Everybody , i hope you guys are doing well. actually i want to buy a computer as i am a freelance video editer and i need a powerful budget pc for graphic design and video editing , i am not a gamer at all or even i dont love playing games. i just want a pc for smooth performance and smooth 4k rendering and fast video editing. please suggest me a great budget computer which can handle almost any of my video editing projects and renders fast. my budget is between 650 to 750$. waiting to see your response
