As the title says, whenever I start up vegas pro I get stuck at "Adding MIDI MME Support" I tried waiting it out for 10+ hours it was still stuck, tried resetting by holding CTRL+Shift then starting it up again nothing changed. It worked fine before I never changed anything related to midis in the settings.

Using Vegas pro 19.0

Windows 10, Intel i5 10th gen, only 4gb ram, no gpu

sort of a low-end laptop but I dont use vegas for editing anything really high quality since im new and im still practicing its more of like 720-1080p short clips 10s>
