Problems rendering when a 360p file is used as source

Hello,

I'm having problems using my new computer with the Sony Vegas Pro 17.

I have a 3-year-old-computer that works incredibly well with both Sony Vegas Pro 15 and 17, however, I just bought a new computer and it lags whenever I try to render videos that use as source mp4 files with resolutions of 360p.

I have observed that with other files it has no problems and it is even faster than my old computer.

My new computer is an AMD Ryzen 3950x with 64 MB RAM 3200 MHz, Nvidia RTX 2080 super. My old PC is a i7-7700k 16 GB Ram 2,333 MHz and GTX 1070. Both are running WINDOWS 10.

I already changed configuration to use the GPU in File I/O and I'm using the newest drivers for my Videocard (for designers).

Can anyone help me? It's very frustrating that my old PC is much faster than my new one (My old computer renders the same project in 6 minutes and it takes up to 45 minutes in the new one).

Have a great day.

What are you rendering from and what are you rendering to?

That's two questions and two complete sets of information, thanks|
