I would like to request a refund for the product, the software freezes my computer's video when I reopen a project.

Since there have been no official product sales of Vegas Movie Studio for over a year, you will probably need to contact the vendor you purchased it from, and hope for the best.

@THILBER If you have purchased a recent version of Movie Studio later than version 17 then what you have is not Vegas Movie Studio but a Magix version. It's actually Magix Movie Edit Pro renamed. For assistance you need to post on the Magix Community forum https://www.magix.info/us/video-forum/. You will find a Support link there.
