Render settings for good quality audio?

hey guys, im using vegas pro 14 to basically create a video from a picture and my song that i amde to upload on youtube, what render format should i use to make sure the song doesnt lose quality?

Use a AVC format to render the video project for YT, The Magix and Sony AVC codecs are popular and will automatically embed AAC audio. In the 'custom' audio parameters, choose the 48kHz sample rate and the desired bit rate. IMO, AAC bitrates higher than 320kps are overkill, especially for YT.

I believe Youtube still downsamples audio to 128 Kbps (badly), so encode for your own tastes. For me, that means 192-256 Kbps stereo.
