Are you talking about mouse scrolling? Don't do that.

You can set your mouse scroll speed in Windows pointer properties. Nothing we can deal with here.

I forgot to mension its in *(legacy) text* becouse the regular is not showing font.

I dunno what's causing that but you know you can just click on the font you want? What I like to do is highlight the text first, then pick a font, once I do that I can scroll up and down with the up or down arrow keys. You can stuck when you hit a font not supported and then you have to skip past it manually.
