An extension does not say something about the codec a.s.o. Vegas used to render the mp4.

Which rendertemplate did you use and what is the MediaInfo of that mp4?

I would use a matching device preset in Handbrake and be done with it.

Which AVC encoder are you using; Sony, Magix, MainConcept and which preset or the custom parameters? I'm not very familiar with Android devices, but it should playback.

An option is to post it on YouTube or Vimeo and view it there.

My Galaxy cannot play HEVC mp4 and does not show them and AVC mp4 with greater dimensions than FHD will show but not play, only a still visible.

I am sorry perhaps I was not sufficient clear. I can see the vídeo on my pc, but when I am going to see on my cell phone I can hear the sound but not the image and appear na information and it says "codec not suported"

You need to determine the specifications for the videos your phone will play back. Not all mp4 files are the same. Look on the manufacturer's manual.

If you can't find the specs, just do a few short (so fast to render) test videos. Shouldn't be that hard to nail it. Just make note of the settings and save it as a preset for later. Also try an h.265 (HEVC) render - may work.

By the way... there is no Sony Vegas 15, only Magix. Please tell me you are not using a cracked version from pirates.
