SDXC v Micro SDXC memory cards

I can't find a specific answer via a Google/Bing search, so does anybody know if there is any difference - subtle, significant, quality or technical - between using an SDXC card in a camera versus using an equivalent sized Micro SDXC in a caddy mounted in the same camera? For example in my Sony FDR-AX100E camera set at 4K 100 Mbps, will there be any difference in using a 64GB SanDisk Extreme Pro SDXC card as against using a 64 GB SanDisk Micro Extreme Pro SDXC card mounted in a caddy?

There is a "Video Speed Class" rating, usually identified with a "V" followed by a number on the face of the card. This shows the absolute minimum sustainable video write speed, in MB/s for SDxx cards (1 MB/s = 8 Mb/s). If the numbers are the same, the video performance will be the same.

Video Speed Class or "V Class", was created by the SD Association to identify cards that can handle higher video resolutions and recording features. This speed class guarantees minimum sustained performance for recording video.

Thank you @Musicvid. Yes both SDXC and MicroSDXC cards are V30 as well as being identical in other specs (e.g. read/write speeds). Based on that, I'll go for the caddy-mounted micro cards because they are much more available locally than are the standard sized SDXC cards which have been in short supply for months - especially any sized over 64GB.
