Static Image Video

I am uploading videos to YouTube that are audio recordings with a static image for the entire video, sort of a slate. What settings do I need to make the smallest size video to upload at 1280x720 and quality audio?

Are you asking which Render As template to use to output a good, clean, optimized file for YouTube?

I'd recommend (assuming you're using version 15) Magix AVC/Internet 720p 29.97 fps.

You "could" experiment with a lower render bitrate than above, because slideshows aren't as bit-hungry. You would need to keep all clean cuts, however; fades and dissolves will look like muck.
