When I open an mp4 video file on my computer it does not present any problem with audio, but when I open it in movie studio, the audio does not synchronize with the video. I bought a short time ago and I'm already having several headaches, please help me.
As I made clear in the post, the problem is not in the original media, the original media works without any audio delay, but when I put it inside the editor, it does not stay in sync. And I can not put the video here because it is a video of a person I know and want to maintain privacy
The original media is the problem because of the way Vegas interprets it. That is why we need the information to tell you how to fix it. We don't need the video, just the information generated by Mediainfo.

Without you even knowing, that's a dead giveaway. But suit yourself. No media properties, no help.
