As i said there is a black screen after my video for few seconds and i didn't notice it before rendering the video. Now i have a mp4 video which has 3 sec black screen in the end. I tried to put it back in vegas and get rid of that gap but i couldn't.So it would be good if i can learn how to get rid of it and how to save project as a mp4 without rendering again.

p.s:i am using sony vegas pro 13

how to save project as a mp4 without rendering again.

You cannot save a project as an .mp4 file in Vegas, only as a .veg file. You need to open your project, get rid of the black screen at the end, save it as a project, then render as an mp4 (or any other format).

If all you want to do is take out the last three seconds of an mp4 file, you can probably do that in Handbrake instead of Vegas. But it will still render it.

Without rendering you can do it with MP4joiner".
MP4 joiner joints mp4 and split them.

Look for the marker or event after the end of your project video. Delete it.

Render.

Job done.

I found out i should've only select the video part.I was probably not paying attention on that so i selected video and the gap together then i rendered it like that.I will pay more attention on that for my next videos. Thanks for answers.
