Ultra book for Vegas or not?

I'm considering picking up a small ultra book to edit 1080p on the go. Anyone have any opinions on how an Asus Zenbook 13 might flow with Vegas?

Specs

I5 8520u processor

8gb ddr4 ram

256gb ssd

Is it silly for me to think that ANY ultra book can handle mediocre loads while editing?

Light and expensive doesn't powerful. I'm dropping those two criteria in favor of a heavier Inspiron.

The recommend processor speed for VP 16 for standard use is 2.5ghz, which that processor is not really close to (at a base running frequency). While the frequency rating does not provide a significant indication of the true speed a processor has anymore, I can say that a typical mobile i5 processor will likely not provide a very good editing experience for VEGAS. In general, I would also recommend at least twice as much RAM.
