Hi, I just bought the product and tried to install it. The process goes well until it starts to actually download after the selection of what to download. It will automatically pause the installation on its own and every time I try to continue it it just pauses it. There's no explanation given. All the help I've gotten from previous posts and the preset help forums is to just install it when my problem is that I can't install it. What do I do?

It appears you haven't reached the actual installation stage as it's not downloading. Which security system do you use and have you tried temporarily disabling it?

I'd try the Rraud posted link above- just download whatever components you purchased. That's how I do it.
