vegas pro 19 . i opened a mov file. then when i tried again i got a message the file not supported. i enabled quicktime plug in a nd still won't work. But how did it work first time??
said install quick time. Is that OK Win 7 64 bit

The file is fom 2015 i was just using it to test v19the first time i tried to open it avast free av blocked it but i said always allow it. i t is not in avast quarantine. i tried disabling avast but stiil won't open

Run it through Shutter Encoder or Handbrake; both are free. I think the problem is the PCM audio track.

thanks. Then how come it worked first time and other .movs won't work which were not enoded before. should there be a compoundplug.dll in vegas 19. There is not in mine
